Katrina spent most of her growing years in the Philippines, but at the age of 16 moved back to Virginia where she was born, to finish her high school education.  New York City then became home as she pursued her BA in Visual Arts at Fordham University and continued on to work as a designer at an architectural firm.  From there, she pursued a decade-long career in Travel and Event Production, before adding Software Engineering to her list of expertise.

Her interests involve a surprisingly large spectrum: she hankers after 7-course tastings, but craves cheap street eats just as much; she relishes a bank-busting fashion investment, but prides herself in a good shopping bargain; She relishes luxurious spa sessions and hotel suites, but makes sure to prioritize traveling to impoverished communities to volunteer and build homes as well.

These days, one can find her living in Brooklyn, most likely karaoke-ing her heart out, filling her closets with more and more chic finds, dreaming up elaborate trips to faraway cities, growing her social media brand - Plan Stay Play, learning new languages, noshing on exotic fare and imbibing on inventive cocktails, but most definitely planning her next adventure.
